Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT) is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses light to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and support tissue healing. It is often used for nipple damage or pain, engorgement when breastfeeding, nappy rashes, scars and pressure sores.
Home Visits:
Convenient and personalised care delivered directly to your home, ensuring comfort and accessibility.
MEET JOHANETTE
Johanette Alicia Kotzé
I’m a dedicated physiotherapist with a special interest in paediatric respiratory care. I work with infants, children, and adolescents to support their respiratory health, helping them breathe easier and improve their quality of life. With a child-centered and family-focused approach, I provide evidence-based therapy for conditions such as upper respiratory tract infections, pneumonia, asthma, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, and post-surgical recovery. My goal is to create a supportive, engaging environment where each child feels empowered—and every breath counts.
